We have loved this beautiful cottage and haven't been here long enough but in 4 days have had the most fantastic weather to visit Calgary Beach, do the Aros Park walk, visit Glengorm and attempt to eat our way through some of the fantastic fish restaurants here. Thank you so much for such a gorgeous spacious place to explore from.

Such a fantastic stay in a wonderful house, with all the weather. Mull is fantastic and we'll definitely be back! Calgary beach and the sculpture walk were big highlights and a lot of fresh fish was so tasty. The touch pool in the aquarium was a favourite for young and old!

Despite the poor weather - a LOT of rain - we have enjoyed Mull, especially the trip to Staffa during which we saw a large pod of dolphins. Day trip to Iona - don't miss the excellent scones at Argyll Hotel. Enjoyed the art walk and carrot cake at Calgary. Excellent dinner at the Hebridean Lodge and Cafe Fish. Beautiful accommodation at Blacksmith's - will miss the horses and deer we saw every evening.

1st class accommodation, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Cycling around Mull fantastic, views stunning with amazing weather. Staffa trip highly recommended, saw dolphins, seals, puffins and many other seabirds. Hebridean Lodge well worth a visit as is the Mishnish pub on the harbour. Many thanks!

Our first visit to Mull (after visiting many Scottish islands) and we have loved it - wish we had come here years ago! After 12 consecutive years holidaying in Scotland we finally saw an otter (while waiting for the Staffa boat to set sail). Loved everything about it and a huge surprise was the choice of vegan options in the village. The chocolate and coconut tarte in Macgochans is fabulous.

We echo many of the comments here and had a great week. Wonderful walks every day - Glengorm, Ulva, Calgary beach and Aros Park but the highlight was 'Mull Magic' (a must) and two pensioners (ages totalling over 150 years) climbed Ben More. Hardly any rain. We loved it all.

Wow, what a week! Not a drop of rain and bright sunshine. Amazing cottage, so well equipped with everything we could need. Sealife Surveys whale watching trip was amazing. Saw harbour porpoises, dolphins and minke whales. Staffa tour to see the puffins was great. Good burger at Glengorm and great lunch at Duart Castle. Enjoyed Tobermory Bakery and fish and chips from mobile van on pier.Children also loved the Mull Aquarium and feeding the sea life after hours! Amazing holiday, thank you.

3rd time here and the best yet. Fab weather and fantastic wildlife. Saw our first corncrake and a golden eagle's nest. Café Fish and the Mishnish Hotel also excellent, recommend the lobster. 4 hour whale watch trip not to be missed. So much to do, so little time!

A lovely cottage, suitable for all weathers!! Tobermory has lots to offer: we enjoyed the bakery - pies, cakes and coffee! Tackle and Books is a good shop. Good fish at Macgochans. A trip to Iona by car and ferry in the sunshine is a wonderful day out. The Mishnish is not to be missed.

Well we made it at last! Mull did not disappoint. The weather was changeable but didn't stop us getting out and about and Russell fitted in the inevitable round of golf. We can recommend the following cafes:
1. At Calgary where there is an art gallery and sculpture trail
2. At the Isle of Mull cheese shop - great for settling down with the newspaper.
3.In the bakery on the Main Street - try the bakewell slice.
4. At Glengorm Castle
The castles and beaches aren't bad either! We were not lucky enough to see any otters but saw seals in abundance at Croig (30ish). The cottage is lovely to come home to with everything we needed. Thank you for making it such a special stay.
