Amazing apartment, perfect location

Long weekend as a party of 6, this was the perfect base for a chilled out weekend. This property is quite simply beautiful. It has been newly renovated to a very high standard, the bathrooms are stunning, the kitchen is beautifully finished with high quality appliances (including a dishwasher...yay) and is very well equipped, very tasteful furnishings and accessories, wi-fi, it even has a utility and importantly it was spotlessly clean. The quirky floors and low doorway to the main bathroom are the only indication of how old this building really is and give it a real charm! As a previous reviewer stated there are outdoor stairs to get to the apartment but it really is worth the climb! It's perfectly positioned on the harbour so you have a host of shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways on your doorstep...plenty to do within walking distance...I was slightly disappointed it was so mild we didn't have an excuse to fire up the woodburner and not go out!!.
The apartment offers three good sized bedrooms sleeping up to 6 guests . Being in the heart of Tobermory you have the most convenient access to all that the capital of Mull offers with a good selection of restaurants (sea food always features), pubs and shops on your door step. There's even a distillery 300m from the apartment where you can sample and buy their wares! The lounge and two of the bedrooms face the harbour so you will never miss anything that's going on .....you may even catch sight of dolphins that have been seen right in the harbour.
The apartment is on the 1st floor accessed through a close (Scottish term for alleyway) and up a stone stair at the rear. Fully renovated to provide a very comfortable stay with all the modern facilities that you would expect."
