Location: Lyndale is a 5 minute walk from Tobermory Bay, pubs, restaurants and shops. Lyndale is in a lovely peaceful area of Tobermory. The Golf Course is just up the road with fabulous golf, walks and views.
Seaview: The property has large windows facing South and West with superb, uninterrupted views over Tobermory Bay, Calve Island, Aros Park, the mountains of Mull, the Sound of Mull and Morvern on the mainland.
Garden:Fenced garden to 4 sides of the house with well-established shrubs and lawns. Washing line & outdoor tap. The West side of the garden borders farmland which is used to graze sheep.
Heating: HeatingStorage heaters & convector heaters. There is a focal point electric fire in the lounge. Electricity is included in the rent. Double glazed throughout. Lyndale is a very warm house but has a wood-burning stove for those cooler evenings. A whole house ventilation system introduces a slow stream of gently warmed air from outside which eliminates condensation and provides a pleasant atmosphere. The benefit is most marked in the cooler months.
Kitchen:  Fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine & drier, iron, ironing board, toaster, vacuum cleaner, cafetieres (large & small). The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you are likely to need. The owners leave a range of kitchen supplies for guests to avoid the need to bring or buy them. A list will be provided when you book the property.
Lounge :A large room with two leather 3 seater sofas. Separate seating area with 2 easy chairs. Large oak dining table & 6 chairs. 3 large windows. Hardwood parquet floor and colourful vintage rugs. Oak furniture. Magnificent views. Door into garden. Large TV with Freeview Channels and powerful soundbar system. DVD/CD player. Large DVD collection.
Bedrooms: The Master bedroom has an oak Kingsize double bed and a large window with a low cill to enable enjoyment of the views from the bed. Oak furniture. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, underfloor heating and large heated towel rail.
2 additional twin bedrooms.
Bathrooms:  Master en-suite bathroom. House bathroom has large P-shaped bath and shower 
Additional Information: Parking for 2 cars on the drive and additional parking on Erray Road to the rear of the property.
Wi-FiSuperfast broadband will be installed in mid- April 2016. We are promised 70Meg+.
Webcam  The Lyndale Webcam shows a live view from the lounge window. You can view the pictures by typing goo.gl/7SiHl into the address bar of your browser. Follow the simple instructions to connect to the live image. There is no point in viewing night time pictures, and if the sun is out morning images may be obscured.
Other      All bed linen and towels are provided and are of good quality. Well behaved dogs are welcome (£10 per week).

Lyndale is a detached bungalow situated in Western Road, a quiet location only 5 minutes walk from Tobermory's famous Main Street. It is part of a small development of 3 bungalows built in the early 1980s. There is a children's playground area and public tennis courts less than 100 yards away.  The house itself is in an elevated position and has stunning views over Tobermory Bay and across the Sound of Mull to Morvern.  Lyndale has been extended and upgraded during the winter of 2015/16 and now has a larger master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a much larger lounge with 3 large windows to maximise the wonderful views.
