Location: Lyndale is a 5 minute walk from Tobermory Bay, pubs, restaurants and shops. Lyndale is in a lovely peaceful area of Tobermory. The Golf Course is just up the road with fabulous golf, walks and views.
Seaview: The property has large windows facing South and West with superb, uninterrupted views over Tobermory Bay, Calve Island, Aros Park, the mountains of Mull, the Sound of Mull and Morvern on the mainland.
Garden:Fenced garden to 4 sides of the house with well-established shrubs and lawns. Washing line & outdoor tap. The West side of the garden borders farmland which is used to graze sheep.
Heating: Storage heaters & convector heaters. There is a focal point electric stove in the lounge. Electricity is included in the rent. Double glazed throughout. Lyndale is a very warm & cosy house. There is a wood-burning stove and a supply of logs. A whole house ventilation system introduces a slow stream of gently warmed air from outside which eliminates condensation and provides a pleasant atmosphere. The benefit is most marked in the cooler months.
Kitchen:  Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine & drier, iron, ironing board, toaster, vacuum cleaner, cafetieres (large & small). The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you are likely to need. The owners leave a range of kitchen supplies for guests to avoid the need to bring or buy them. A list will be provided when you book the property.
Lounge : A large room with two leather 3 seater sofas. Separate seating area with 2 easy chairs. Large oak dining table & 6 chairs. 3 large windows. Hardwood parquet floor and colourful vintage rugs. Oak furniture. Magnificent views. Door into garden. Large TV with Freeview Channels and powerful soundbar system. DVD/CD player. Large DVD collection.
Bedrooms: The Master bedroom has a gorgeously comfortable oak kingsize bed and a large window with a low cill to enable enjoyment of the views from the bed. Oak furniture. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, underfloor heating and large heated towel rail.

Bathrooms:  Master en-suite bathroom. House bathroom has large P-shaped bath and shower 
Additional Information: Parking for 2 cars on the drive and additional parking on Erray Road to the rear of the property.
Free fast WiFi (70Mbps).
Webcam  The Lyndale Webcam shows a live view from the lounge window. You can view the pictures by typing goo.gl/7SiHl into the address bar of your browser. Follow the simple instructions to connect to the live image. There is no point in viewing night time pictures, and if the sun is out morning images may be obscured.
Other      All bed linen and towels are provided and are of good quality.
              Well behaved dogs are welcome (£10 per week).

This is a really superb house to rent. I took my parents for a 4 night stay which we were lucky to secure at relatively short notice. Excellent communication pre stay with a comprehensive description in email plus lots of info at the house. Location was outstanding at top of hill, sublime views. Master bedroom views are amazing!!! Love the sheep! Short walk down to Main St (steep at the last bit for the infirm but my parents managed it) for a waterfront walk, supermarket and restaurants. Well equipped and very clean. Would be a great base for an extended stay. Some good walks easily accessible from the house- the Coastal to Aros Park and waterfall diversion was really good. Heat/light/wifi/hot water all great. Highly recommended.

Very well equipped house with fantastic views of the sound of Mull. Convenient walking distance to the dreamlike Tobermory.

Thanks for providing such a lovely stylish high chair. It certainly is in keeping with the rest of the house which we think is very stylish, comfortable and interesting. And the view, well....that's some window! It's all so tasteful and well cared for. It's great you allow a dog and I promise you won't know he's been here. Thanks for letting us stay here. Lyndale is a detached bungalow on Western Road, a peaceful location only 5 minutes walk to Tobermory's famous Main Street. It is a very comfortable and well equipped house in an elevated position and has stunning views over Tobermory Bay and across the Sound of Mull to Morvern.  Lyndale was extended and upgraded to a high standard in 2016. It has a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large lounge with 3 windows to maximise the wonderful views. There is a children's playground area and public tennis courts less than 100 yards away.
