A long journey up to Mull but a warm welcome awaited us, thank you Silva. The cottage is in the perfect location for exploring this beautiful island. We were fortunate enough to see a plethora of wildlife - deer, cattle, sheep, white tailed eagles, otters, seals and more. Had a lovely time out on an eco-cruise - be sure to speak to Debbie at the tourist information for exciting tours and cruises. Thanks again for a great stay Silva!

Such a cosy and well equipped cottage, we really enjoyed staying here (even though the washing machine was a challenge!). Weather restricted our walking, however touring this beautiful island as well as Iona certainly made up for it. Thank you very much

Beautiful warm, sunny weather all week. We spent a lot of our time on beaches - Calgary Bay and Iona were highlights. Fisherman's cottage is conveniently located and comfortable. Hope to visit again soon.

We had a lovely time in a very warm and welcoming place! We simply love the puffins! Aros Park with it's incredible scenery, the very special light in Tobermory and a place to stay that instantly feels like home.

We had a wonderful holiday in Tobermory and the great weather we had didn't hurt! Fisherman's Cottage was lovely and had everything we needed. Would have liked a view of the bay but we knew that wasn't going to be and a 2 second walk and we were at the water so good location.Thank you so very much to you and the owner for helping towards a fantastic holiday. Tobermory is beautiful and we will be back.

Nice week here, Fisherman's Cottage is lovely and Mull has stunning scenery.Weather mixed with rain a couple of days, sunny & cloudy, the rest a bit cool at times.
We saw golden eagles, white tailed sea eagles, buzzards, deer, otters, seals and dippers. Thank you Silva for the Saturday we arrived.

We've had a great week. Loved Fisherman's Cottage and Tobermory (ice-creams and fish & chips). Visited Ulva and Iona and climbed Ben More via a Chioch! What a challenge.

Have had a beautiful week here in Tobermory and on the Isle of Mull. It has been a stunning week weather wise and Fisherman's Cottage is the place to be. Cosy, sunlit most of the day and with everything you need. Many thanks for making us feel so welcome.

The Fisherman Cottage First of all captivates by its location: in the middle of Tobermory and yet very quiet. The cottage is lovingly furnished and in the living room (upper floor) there is an immediate feel-good effect. From Tobermory you can make great hikes-directly on site to the lighthouse and to Ardmore Point and then to the Treshnish point (!) aided by car or bus. Great beaches: Calgary Beach or the Ross of Mull of Kilvickeon Beach.... and of course the beach on Iona... The tour of Duart Castle is worthwhile (very interesting exhibition). ... and if there is still time, then perhaps to the remains at Laggan sand (Castle Moy).

Great location for everything and peaceful in the evenings easy access to great pubs serving a wide variety of food all day will definitely be back there

Fishermans Cottage is a great place to stay in Tobermory.. Located off the front behind the shops at the end of a side street. Don't be put off by the location. Although not the most picturesque it is perfectly located for access to Tobermory harbour and completely quiet in the evenings. The cottage is very well equipped and contains everything you might need during your stay. The only point worth mentioning is although there is parking outside the property I would recommend parking the car on the front in 1 of the parking bays. Access can be difficult at times, such as when the Co op supermarket has a delivery and you may be unable to drive out for some time. (Which can be inconvenient if you have a ferry to catch for example). But other than that it's a little gem and I'm sure we will be returning in the future.
