Stag House is a 10-minute drive from Tobermory. It is one of a small cluster of modern houses, set back from the coastline overlooking the Sound of Mull.
The house is set on a generous plot with plenty of car parking and green open spaces. The garden is open  so you may be sharing with the deer which often come up to the house early morning or late evening.
The house provides comfortable, spacious accommodation with a large modern kitchen, one downstairs double bedroom with en-suite and two further large bedrooms upstairs. The double height lounge with wood burning stove provides a wonderful place to sit and relax while watching wildlife and the spectacular views over the sound of Mull.
The house is situated next to Otter House and can be booked together for larger groups.

We had a week staying at Stag House as a family and found it extremely comfortable and well equipped. The house was very clean and spacious and the decor was extremely pleasant. The living room/lounge has a balcony above it with a comfortable rocking chair that the kids loved. There were plenty of games and quite a few books available, and wifi, TV and DVDs there to use. The house was very warm and had a lot of outdoor space, and the expected deer visited daily. The kitchen is very well equipped and there was a lovely welcome basket. It has a lovely seaview, though I would want to make it clear that we found it almost impossible to access the coast and this is not a property to book if you want the option of walking everywhere because the single track road is narrow at this location and awkward to walk alongside as a group. It is very conveniently located for central Mull, and we enjoyed pony trekking at Killiechronan from here, which was readily accessible, as was a boat trip from Ulva Ferry to Staffa.

It was a pleasure to stay at Stag house- so spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely views with visiting deer and so peaceful. Loved the Isle of Mull!

Absolutely amazing house, lovely views, kids enjoyed every moment here. We all loved going out for walks and quality family time. For me this has been the perfect family get away.

Fantastic Week – weather was great , sunny days ! The house had everything we needed   :::   Had a lovely relaxing stay. The house is fabulous. Brilliant weather, & we saw otters, seals, golden eagles, sea eagles and had a visit from the resident stag one evening. Magnificent !. We will definitely be back.
