Loved Ardnadrochet Cottage. This was our 4th trip to Mull and it was a great location to explore the South of the island. We were also following the Clipper Fleet moored in Oban so being a couple of miles from Craignure made it easy to hop across as foot passengers on the ferry at short notice . The Cottage had old fashioned charm and is warm, has loads of hot water and is very comfortable. Pretty much everything we needed was there. It has a wonderful view and the days we were there we were able to sit outside in the warm still evening with only the sound of the swallows chattering. Heavenly.

First, hopefully not last stay in this charming cottage. Abundant wildlife firsts…highlight was a nesting juvenile white tailed eagle. Coffeepot at Salen for cakes/scones reccommended. Craignure Inn doesn’t take reservations and has very limited seating – Craignure Carnivore Burger 4/5. Ledaig 18 year old a must at the distillery. Otters spotted at Loch Spelve, on land and in water (eating crab). Special moments. Thanks Hugo!

Had a lovely week in this very cosy and comfortable cottage. Beautiful views – desk a lovely place to work from. The dog loved the enclosed garden (but not the Highland coos!). Visited Staffa and Iona and lots of stunning walk. Mull is so beautiful and need to visit again to finally spot an otter.
