The Farmhouse is just 500m to the beach and a stone’s throw from Calgary Art in Nature walk. There is also a front garden with patio and lawn, making it ideal for a family holiday.

Location: 500 metres from beach – 4.5 miles to the shop and bar in Dervaig village

Heating: Electric central heating – £80 of electricity is included in the weekly rate and any surplus to this will be charged after departure (the owner will give you further details) – wood burner in living room – starter pack provided and logs can be bought locally

Kitchen:  Electric range ceramic hob cooker – microwave – fridge freezer – dishwasher – toaster – electric kettle

Utility room: Washing machine – vacuum cleaner – iron and ironing board

Lounge:  Freesat TV – free Star Link wifi

Bedrooms: 1 x king size bed plus single bed en-suite – 1 x double en-suite – 1 x twin en-suite – 1 x single en-suite (situated off the lounge down a small corridor)

Bathrooms:  3 x en-suite shower – 1 x en-suite bath (family room) – 1 x toilet
