There are breathtaking views across the sound of Mull, along the coast and to Ben More, the only Munro on the island. Salen village is only a 15 minute stroll away with a hotel/pub, 2 cafes and well stocked local Spar shop.

We stayed at The Haven for a week in June 2023, during a period of outstanding weather, and we have to say the outlook from the pier while dining al fresco or just from the lounge window is outstanding. There is wildlife all around the pier and although we never did see the elusive otter during our stay we have seen dolphin up close and personal during previous stays.
The Haven has been finished to a very high standard and we wanted for nothing during our stay. We even had the Flying Dutchman, a two mast old sailing ship, moor up alongside for an evening and it was interesting talking with their guests from around the world.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Haven . The accommodation is finished to a high standard and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are amazing and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night.
