Amazing location. So incredibly peaceful and quiet with beautiful scenery nearby. Loved driving around the Highland cows on the road in particular every day. Beautiful clean flat that was super comfortable to stay in. Highly recommend.
We absolutely loved the apartment, it far outshone our expectations of it being comfortable, clean and nice. Its generous dimensions, down-to-earth elegance and sense of privacy delighted us every time we walked in. We enjoyed: the giant rug; greenery visible through every window; the potential open fire (not chilly enough on our trip); attractive blinds/curtains and v good lighting in all spaces; fantastic bath; huge bed; peace and quiet; extremely well equipped kitchen; eating at the counter while game of pairs occupied the dining table; excellent stereo with Bluetooth; and the feeling of staying somewhere utterly magical and unique. The castle grounds and estate are wonderful to walk around, we loved the Dùn Ara walk and did it twice… The coffee shop is also brilliant and lent us a sense of being private but not isolated. We cannot wait to come back to Glengorm. Thank you to our kind, creative and hard-working hosts.
Glengorm Castle and surroundings is a magical place. The very comfortable apartment allows you to take beautiful walks in the estate or go to the tour of the island.
We really loved this place! The walks from our front door were very peaceful and the scenery is stunning. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable and had everything we needed.
True five stars. The grounds felt very safe, gorgeous as well. The house was pristine and clean. The bed was so comfortable, as well as the bath! Great welcome gift and had coffee available. There is a coffee shop next door but it does open at 9am. Would absolutely stay here again.
Absolutely stunning flat and location. The wildlife is spectacular and the local produce is delicious. Would definitely visit again.
